At Tidy Tooth, we strive to provide the best care to all our patients. To help manage our appointments efficiently, we have implemented the following policy regarding cancellations and missed appointments:

• Frequent cancellations/no-shows: patients who cancel, reschedule, or miss appointments frequently may be asked to pay a deposit to confirm future appointments. This deposit will go toward the cost of your treatment but is non-refundable if less than 48 hours’ notice is given.
• Deposits for longer appointments: a deposit may be required to secure appointments that are longer in duration. If the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed, the deposit will be forfeited.
