The content on this website — including articles, FAQs and videos — is general information about dental health prepared by registered dental practitioners. It is not personalised dental or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a registered practitioner. Treatment suitability, risks and outcomes vary from person to person and can only be assessed in an individual consultation. Any results or treatment outcomes discussed are general in nature and not a guarantee of your outcome. If you have a dental emergency, call your nearest clinic; for life-threatening emergencies call 000.
Appointments, bookings and deposits — cancellation policy
Online bookings are made through our practice booking system and are subject to confirmation by the practice. At Tidy Tooth, we strive to provide the best care to all our patients. To help manage our appointments efficiently, the following policy applies to cancellations and missed appointments:
- Frequent cancellations or no-shows: patients who cancel, reschedule, or miss appointments frequently may be asked to pay a deposit to confirm future appointments. This deposit will go toward the cost of your treatment but is non-refundable if less than 48 hours’ notice is given.
- Deposits for longer appointments: a deposit may be required to secure appointments that are longer in duration. If the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give us as much notice as you can — at least 48 hours. Thank you for your understanding.
Fees
Any prices or fee ranges shown on this website are a guide only. Your actual fees depend on your individual treatment needs, and we will provide an itemised quote before treatment proceeds. Where payment plans or financing options are mentioned, they are provided by third parties, subject to their eligibility criteria and terms, and are not a recommendation of a particular financial product.

The content of this website — text, images, logos, graphics and video — is owned by or licensed to Tidy Tooth Dental. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify or distribute it without our written permission.
