About Dr Manesha Mahendra

Manesha is a general dentist with a strong interest in clear aligner therapy, often known by the brand name Invisalign. Patients appreciate her calm, approachable manner and the clarity she brings to treatment planning, so that everyone feels informed, supported and confident in their care.

Originally from Sydney, Manesha moved to Far North Queensland to pursue both her coastal lifestyle dreams and her dental training. She graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from James Cook University before making her way down to the NSW South Coast, where she has practised in Ulladulla for the past several years. Drawn to the relaxed pace and natural beauty of the region, she is proud to now call the South Coast home and to be part of a community-focused practice.

Manesha has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Orthodontics, deepening her understanding of the function, biomechanics and digital planning behind modern orthodontic treatment. This advanced training allows her to deliver precise, personalised aligner treatment plans, helping patients achieve straighter smiles efficiently, comfortably and without the inconvenience of traditional braces. She is particularly passionate about preventive orthodontics, believing that early assessment and guidance during childhood can often reduce the need for more invasive treatment later in life.

Outside the clinic

Manesha is also a qualified yoga teacher. You will often find her practising yoga or meditation, enjoying pilates, or running along the beach with her cheeky schmoodle, Zuko.
